4. Delays

Om Sri Balaji partners with top-tier courier services. However, if a significant delay occurs in the shipment of your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you via email or telephone to provide updates.

5. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 7 days by contacting our support team with photographic evidence.
