Return & Replacement Policy

1. Return Window

We offer a strict 7-day return/replacement window from the date of delivery. Any requests for returns or replacements must be initiated within this 7-day period.

2. Damaged Products

• Eligible damaged products can be exchanged or replaced.
• Damaged products must be reported within 7 days of receiving the delivery. Please provide clear photographic or video evidence when reporting.
• Approved damaged products will be replaced with the exact same product or value wherever available.
• A same-value replacement does not require any additional payment from the customer.

3. Exchange & Value Differences

• Standard returns are primarily handled through replacement or exchange, rather than direct cash refunds.
• If you choose a replacement item of a higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference prior to shipping.
• Lower-value exchanges do not automatically qualify for a refund of the difference.

4. Non-Eligible Items

Products damaged due to customer misuse, incorrect installation, modification, or negligence are not eligible for return or replacement. All products must meet applicable return conditions, including remaining in their original packaging where required.
